Cancellation Policy

Credit card reservation required. All cancellations have to be made by the end of prior business day at 7PM. Otherwise, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged to the credit card.

Spa Etiquette

Appointments: Please arrive on time (prefer 15 minutes before your appointment) to ensure the quality and special time that you deserve.

Spa & Skin Care Consultations: These are complimentary.

No smoking & no cellular telephones.

Professional retail products: Please ask our spa professionals to personally prescribe a complete regimen for you, so you skin will look its best between spa visits.

Quality Service Guarantee: Your complete satisfaction is guaranteed at the Hummingbird Spa. If for any reason, we fails to meet your expectations with any of our spa services or products, please inform us.

Gift Certificates are non-refundable for cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. We have gift certificate bonus program and corporate gift program. Please call us for details.

Gift Certificates

All gift certificate sales are final. Please note that the gift certificates are good for six months unless otherwise specified in the certificate. Expired gift certificate can not be redeemed.
